Mustard Naturel d'Antan

The Naturel’s, a complete range: soft, spicy and coarse grounded for pure use as well as for preparations.

The range ‘naturel’ mustards contains 3 types of mustard:

  • Naturel pikant (strong mustard)
  • Naturel mild (relatively mild mustard)
  • Naturel d’Antan (grainmustard)
Where the yellow mustards have a deep yellow color, the Naturel Pikant and Naturel Mild have a light brown color, more close to the naturel color of mustardseeds. The Naturel d’Antan is a grainmustard made with a mixture of brown and yellow mustardseeds. Compared to the mustard A l’ancienne it has a more pale color and is significantly less spicy. These mustards are fit for the large-scale consumers: snack, catering,… but can also be used in recipes (mayonaise, vinaigrette,...).
